"Rest Up.  Recovery is key.  You can have your training meticulously planned and executed, your nutrition dialled in and diet on point, but you will still fall way short of reaching your potential if you don’t optimise your rest and recovery. 99% of the time over training is a consequence of under recovering.  The inability to shake DOMS from one workout to the next, achy joints, angry tendons, shitty mood, loss of mojo, you know the score?  Possible signs, if everything else is on point, that you are not recovering like you could be.
